1. Private Instruction
Experience instruction tailored to you: learn exactly what you want, at your own pace, and receive guidance from a teacher who understands all that is unique to you. We provide private instruction to individuals, pairs, and small groups.
2. First Meet
Our first session is specially designed to help us get to know you so that we can tailor sessions to meet your goals and needs. The first meet includes a consultation, a postural/muscle balance assessment, a self-care plan, and practice with Chris + Veronica.
3. Holistic Approach
You are wonderfully interconnected and complex, and our approach to self-care reflects that. We integrate knowledge from many disciplines to treat the whole you. Order services à la carte or combine many services in a session... Yoga followed by tai chi anyone?
4. Mobile Services
Sometimes it's difficult to show up to class. Whether you have time constraints, limited mobility, or prefer practicing in the comfort of your home, we are happy to bring our little yogashala to you.
5. Instruction for Everyone
You don't need to be flexible to try yoga, and you don't need good balance to try tai chi. Dismiss your self-doubts and show up just the way you are, because we make our sessions accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
