What is fascia?
Fascia is soft tissue that connects your body structures -- like muscles, bones, organs, and nerves -- from head to toe. Fascia can become tight, sticky, inflamed and painful due to injuries, poor movement and posture, overuse, underuse and misuse of muscles.
