There are so many health-care / self-care disciplines and tools out there, and none of them are a complete health solution on their own. That's why we carefully integrate several self-care methods, like fascia release and pranayama (breath-work), to compose sessions with maximum therapeutic benefit for the whole person: body, mind and spirit.

3. On-Going Support

If you want lasting health and happiness, your self-care practice needs to become routine. That's why we extend our services beyond any single session.

We provide you a self-care plan, supportive educational materials, motivation and tips to help you establish, sustain and evolve your personal home practice. Plus, we're always there for you if you have questions or ideas to bounce off us.
